Paul T. Tetrault – Co-Founder and President
Since founding Tetrault Insurance Agency with his wife Susan over thirty years ago, Paul has grown the agency to respond to an ever-changing market. Today, Paul's extensive insurance, financial management and risk management experience has paved the way for hundreds of customer's success stories. He understands your questions and has access to insurance companies that can provide you with the services and coverages you need at competitive prices. Paul has been a licensed insurance broker for over 40 years.

Jennifer Tetrault Ciesielski, CPA – Vice President
An integral part of the Tetrault team, Jennifer's financial background assists both individuals and businesses in navigating the best insurance solutions. A Certified Public Accountant in the State of Massachusetts, Jennifer was an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP prior to joining Tetrault Insurance Agency. She also served as a senior financial analyst for the Lerner brand of Brylane Inc. Jennifer graduated magna cum laude from Bryant College and is a licensed insurance broker (P&C and life, accident & health).

Darren Fredette – Vice President, Commercial Lines
Darren's vast experience in the business industry makes him indispensable to our business and commercial customers. Prior to joining Tetrault Insurance Agency, Inc., Darren spent 13 years investing in and advising companies across a number of different industries. Most recently, Darren served as a Senior Analyst at Silver Point Capital, L.P., a $5 billion, multi-strategy investment fund specializing in credit-related investments. Prior to joining Silver Point, Darren was a Principal at Trimaran Capital Partners, L.L.C., a $1 billion private equity fund, where he was responsible for the development, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities in middle-market businesses. Darren held a similar role at TSG Capital Group L.L.C., a $740 million private equity fund, where he served as Vice President.

Darren began his career with Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P. advising investment banks, private equity firms, Fortune 500 companies, and other corporate clients on the financial accounting and tax implications of complex financial transactions. Darren has served as a Director on the boards of numerous privately-held companies advising senior executives on corporate finance strategy. Darren received his B.S. in Economics, cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1996, concentrating in Corporate Finance and Entrepreneurial Management.
